Our story
Tanessa has spent 12 years behind the chair, building a career around her love for all things blonde. She built the original Blonde Culture in Cochrane, then brought it home to Winnipeg, where it all started for her.
The idea is the same in both salons: hair appointments should feel personal, relaxed and intentional. Elevated and professional, but also warm, real and rooted in the community.
