Yes. On the booking screen, pick your service, then choose your stylist under With, or pick Anyone for the first available time.

Yes. Book the 30 minute appointment. Check your stylist's bio first, since not every stylist takes short cuts.

Appointments are booked by time. The price shown is where that appointment starts; your final price depends on your stylist, your hair length and thickness, and the time it needs.

Colour and product used are charged separately, usually $10 to $50 depending on how much your hair needs.

Add the 30 minute appointment to your booking so your stylist isn't rushed. For a big blonde change on long, thick hair, book the 4 hour appointment.

Contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment and they'll make adjustments free of charge.

Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service and missed appointments 100%. You can book again once these are paid.

Yes. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours ahead.

No. Blondes are the specialty, and the team welcomes all hair types, colours and styles, including brunettes, grey hair and men's cuts.

Yes. Winnipeg carries Goldie Locks, Alurām and Living Proof. Cochrane carries Evo, Redken, K18 and Living Proof.

Parking is free at both salons. Winnipeg: on the street out front, on the side streets, and in the lot attached to our building. Cochrane: stalls right out front on 1st Avenue.

Yes, in person at either salon. Gift cards are saved to your Aura account and can be used at the salon where they were bought.
