Policies
Adjustments
We want every client to love their hair. If you have any concerns with your service, contact the salon within 3 days of your appointment and we'll resolve it free of charge.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service applies to appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Missed appointments are charged 100%, and new appointments can't be booked until these fees are paid. When an appointment is cancelled late, we miss the chance to offer that time to a client on our waitlist.
Reminders
We confirm appointments 72 hours in advance, in case you forgot the appointment you booked three months ago.
